Coaching hockey showed me how broken most team management tools are. There are plenty of apps for attendance, practice plans, and rosters — but none that let a coach set line combinations and track goals to see which players work best together. So I built one: the Hockey Lineup Manager. There are other features as well, coaches can upload full game video or partial clips from live barn and comment on plays that work, and plays that need improvement accessible to anyone invited to join the team. A simple solution created to solve a real problem.
Playing baseball I realized a similar issue. With the Baseball Defensive Rotation Manager, teams can quickly establish fair defensive rotations for every inning based on attendance and player position preferences — first base, second base, outfield — all handled automatically through intense system logic. No more spending hours to ensure each player gets a turn and ensuring safety by not putting inexperienced players in challenging positions.
